Registered mail owners who grow qualifying First-Class Mail or Marketing Mail volumes versus a defined threshold can receive a 30% postage credit for qualifying volume that exceeds the established threshold. Participants must meet all other requirements described in the FAQ and other resources. The performance period is January 2026 through December 2026, the baseline period is January 2025 through December 2025, and registration is March 2026 through May 2026. Eligible mail includes qualifying First-Class Mail presort and automation letters, cards, and flats, plus specified USPS Marketing Mail letters, flats, carrier route mail, parcels, and saturation parcels.
