We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista who is passionate about creating bold and beautiful drinks and delivering amazing coffee standards every day at OATIS Queensway. Previous Barista experience, a keen interest in the coffee industry, and a love of interacting with people and providing friendly service are required. Responsibilities include maintaining an enthusiastic and passionate approach to specialty coffee and great service, coping under pressure, creating exceptional drink presentation with dynamic latte art, maintaining cleanliness, organisation and hygiene in the coffee section, and managing wastage and stock rotation. Part time and full time positions are available. Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday, with availability required from 6:30am to 5:30pm. Pay is £12 to £13.20 per hour.
