Prepare and organise boats before departure, welcome guests, check them in, sell tickets, promote experiences, provide drinks, handle payments, explain tours and activities, coordinate with skippers and hosts, manage boarding and disembarkation, and keep the boat clean and tidy. The role also includes working during events such as the Amsterdam Light Festival, Gay Pride and King's Day. Applicants must be 18 or older, outgoing, warm, available 2 to 3 days per week including at least one weekend day, and available in the evenings, during high season and on public holidays. A good command of English is required, additional languages are a bonus, and hospitality experience is an advantage.
