Iredale Architecture is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing & Pursuit Manager to co-lead proposal development, pursuit strategy, and marketing initiatives. The role works with the Marketing Director, Principals, and Associates to position the firm for new opportunities and support long-term growth. Responsibilities include leading complex proposals, qualifications packages, and award submissions, analysing RFP requirements, developing pursuit strategies, coordinating proposal teams, authoring and editing content, developing interview strategies, researching clients and competitors, tracking outcomes, creating marketing materials, managing website and social media content, maintaining CRM and portfolio resources, refining workflows, mentoring junior marketing staff, and ensuring brand consistency. Required qualifications include 7 or more years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry, extensive complex proposal experience, strong strategic, leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills, a relevant bachelor's degree, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, digital marketing experience, and strong attention to detail. The position offers $75,000 to $85,000 per year depending on experience.
