Bed linen and towels are collected after each checkout, washed, pressed to hotel standard and returned inside the locked unit. Collection is scheduled automatically from the booking calendar, with a spare set kept on-site per property. Includes pressing, secure inside-unit delivery and damage-claim support. First turnover is free for new customers.
