Join ERShares, a rapidly growing $500M Asset Management company with one Mutual Fund, one ETF, and a variety of separately managed accounts. The Operations Analyst will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of funds and accounts, including processing and reconciling daily trades, settlements, and cash flows, coordinating daily NAV oversight and reporting with fund administrators, managing account onboarding and compliance documentation, resolving discrepancies in cash, positions, and corporate actions, supporting compliance and regulatory reporting, maintaining operational records and data integrity, and improving operational and marketing processes. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 2 to 3 years of experience in fund operations, trade support, or fund administration, strong Excel and data management skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a small team. Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.
