Woodmeister is seeking an organized team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail for its Design Support Services team. The role provides continuous drafting support throughout project phases from schematic design through full construction documents and SK process, coordinates construction documents with other trades, supports project teams and the Millwork and Construction Departments, maintains design intent and drafting standards, monitors scope changes, completes design and approval drawings concisely and on time, and meets or beats design budgets. Applicants should have at least 5 years of full-time architectural experience in the custom or high-end residential market, thorough knowledge of custom residential building methods and details, experience with AutoCAD and 5 or more years of experience with Revit Architectural Suite. High-end residential design with architectural millwork or casework is required. A bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred. Additional qualifications include SketchUp or other 3D software experience, hand sketching, experience designing with mixed materials, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of building codes and construction methods, and the ability to work as part of a team.
