Opera Holland Park's Young Artists Scheme offers emerging singers, conductors and directors the opportunity to rehearse in a professional environment and perform on a major London stage to a paying audience. Participants develop outreach and education skills through involvement with the award-winning Inspire programme. Young Artists rehearse alongside the main cast, have a dedicated rehearsal space and a sitzprobe with City of London Sinfonia. Artists are paid for their work, expected to perform at a high level and act as covers for the main cast. Rehearsals for the 2026 production of Mozart's Così fan tutte start on 20 April, with the final contracted date on 13 June. Auditions for 2026 are closed and will reopen for the 2027 Season later this year.
