Zoni's Student Service Representatives are multilingual experts who provide excellent service to students and administrative support to offices. The role includes providing information and responding to inquiries from students, teachers, staff, and visitors; registering and enrolling prospective students; responding to inquiries about Zoni products by phone, email, and mail; interviewing, qualifying, and enrolling students in English and specialized programs; meeting student enrollment goals; building relationships with agents; providing superior customer service; answering telephone calls; collecting registration, tuition, and other payments; preparing reports; and performing related duties as assigned. Requirements include a high school diploma, bilingual English and Spanish skills, sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated writing ability, the ability to advise and provide solutions for a diverse student population, and excellent customer service skills. The position is in person, with morning and evening schedules from Monday through Thursday and on Saturday and Sunday.
