ETSI is looking for a dynamic and reliable kitchen team member interested in Mediterranean cuisine. Duties include following and carrying out mise en place and recipes, working independently from preparation through plating, following hygiene and restaurant cleaning rules, and monitoring stock for orders. Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required. The role is based at ETSI - L'Ouzeri, 41 rue du Ruisseau, 75018 Paris, with immediate start, 42 hours per week, potentially flexible hours, a rotating schedule, and three weeks of summer closure. The contract is a fixed-term contract with possible progression.
