Flat handyman rate for services from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Parking, congestion charges and materials are added to the final bill. Materials include a 15% mark-up and are subject to VAT at 20%. Travel time during the job to collect materials is chargeable. Electrician and plumber rates differ from the handyman rate.
