Cook a simple a la carte menu to order and prepare salads and sandwiches for the display cabinet. Previous experience in a busy kitchen role is required, along with a strong work ethic, the ability to work under pressure and self motivation. The ideal applicant is customer focused, a team player, willing to work hard and interested in health and wellbeing. The role requires availability on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00am to 2.30pm, with possible availability for a three hour afternoon preparation shift during the week.
