Flightright checks your entitlement free of charge and pursues compensation claims for flight delays, cancellations, missed connecting flights and rebookings. The service includes negotiating with the airline and, if necessary, taking the case to court. The success fee is charged only if successful, with a commission generally between 20% and 30%, plus VAT and, where applicable, a 14% lawyer surcharge.
