Duties include preparing tapas and cold meals, kitchen cleaning and dishwashing, and providing vibrant, positive service to guests and team members. The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to multitask, has good time management and attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and can work a rotating five-day roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays. A Food Handling Certificate is preferable but not necessary.
