Supports the origination and execution of M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance transactions. Prepares presentations, deal pitches, company and industry research, complex financial models, valuation and merger consequences analysis, and industry intelligence. Works with senior bankers and transaction teams to manage client relationships and deliverables. Requires a bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, analytical and quantitative skills, teamwork, attention to detail, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and understanding of accounting and valuation. Prior investment banking experience and financial modeling experience are preferred. The expected starting salary is $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
