Permanent, full-time role in London within the Logistics department. Work alongside the Managing Director to help grow the company's three operating divisions: overnight and international courier services, same day courier services, and storage solutions including pick and pack fulfilment. Responsibilities include mentoring and managing the Operations Team, preparing quotations, creating bespoke solutions, integrating service offerings, managing new customer project delivery, supporting client meetings, managing daily traffic and reporting, overseeing operations, ensuring service delivery against contracts, maintaining customer communication, improving performance through KPI measurement, managing client risk, and managing operational processes and systems. Applicants should have proven operational experience in logistics, courier, commercial storage or a related sector, management experience, sector knowledge, effective communication skills, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
