Casual afternoon and evening work at Baci's busy restaurant in the Crown Casino Entertainment Complex in Southbank, three to five days per week. Shifts are generally 4.00pm to 10.00pm during the week and finish later on Friday and Saturday nights. Experience as a barista or coffee maker is required. Applicants must be well-groomed, prompt and reliable, with outstanding communication skills, a passion for high-level customer service, flexible availability, self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work with a team. A current RSA certificate is advantageous. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, and references are essential.
