Comgest's investment team is seeking an intern based in Paris for a six-month internship starting in January 2026. The role supports ESG Analysts and Portfolio Managers across Europe, Global, Emerging Markets and Asia strategies. Responsibilities include analysing companies' ESG performance, risks and opportunities, drafting ESG memos and assessments, monitoring portfolios, identifying engagement opportunities, participating in company meetings, writing ESG reports, conducting sector studies and updating portfolio monitoring tools. Applicants should be final-year university students pursuing a master's degree or on a gap year, with a strong interest in financial markets and economic and financial news. Previous asset management experience is desirable. Very good Excel skills are required, with Bloomberg or FactSet knowledge desirable. Candidates should be responsive, serious, adaptable, detail-oriented, analytical, able to write well and work effectively in an international team. Fluent written and spoken English is essential, while French or another language is a plus.
