Rentable 17,000 square-foot event space with a warehouse, lounge, built-in bar, landscaped outdoor patio and seating area with a built-in stage. The space can be transformed to suit concerts, conferences, public events, private parties and other event needs. Full property capacity is 800 guests. Main Room capacity is 400 seated or 600 theater-style, Courtyard capacity is 250 standing, and Side Room capacity is 200 seated or 350 standing. Includes WiFi, basic AV equipment with a screen and projector, private and staff bathrooms, HVAC, four 42-inch TVs, on-site trash and recycling, drive-up ramp access for load-in and load-out, drive-in gate access for food trucks in the courtyard, and an on-site venue manager. A licensed caterer is required for food and beverage services, and an event planner or dedicated on-site coordinator is required from load-in to load-out. Security is required for events with more than 100 guests and events past 10pm. Site visits are available by appointment only.
