Support the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and execution of asset-level and portfolio-level debt financings across Link's national industrial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include financial analysis and underwriting, cash flow projections using Excel and Argus, analysis of rent rolls and operating performance, CMBS transaction structuring, evaluation of financing alternatives, preparation of lender marketing materials and financing documents, market research, lender outreach, due diligence coordination, document negotiations, transaction closing support, and maintenance of financing models and portfolio reporting tools. A bachelor's degree is required. One to three years of experience in commercial real estate, capital markets, investment banking, lending, asset management, or a related analytical role is preferred. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals and debt structures, attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Argus Enterprise experience is preferred. The role offers exposure to capital markets, real estate investing, portfolio management, and lender relationships, with a base compensation range of $105,000 to $120,000 and benefits including health insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
