Farrells is looking for Architects with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join its growing London studio, working on high density residential schemes in London and the home counties. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the pre-planning process for large mixed use projects, with a strong emphasis on high quality housing. Responsibilities may include working collaboratively through planning application stages, leading the coordination of planning applications for medium to large scale residential developments, overseeing and mentoring junior staff, producing 2D and 3D models and stakeholder presentations, and attending or leading client meetings and coordination workshops. Applicants should have ARB registration or an overseas equivalent, 2 to 5 years post qualification experience, knowledge of UK Building Regulations, strong communication and presentation skills, good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, and strong Revit skills. Experience working on residential London developments is preferred, and knowledge of AutoCAD is useful.
