Responsible for beverage preparation, store operations, sales, customer service and maintaining high-quality products and services. Ensure the store operates effectively, lead the team to achieve sales targets, provide staff training, communicate company guidelines and codes, and work morning, evening and holiday shifts. Manage daily store activities, environmental sanitation, scheduling, staff performance, ordering and inventory, and attend regular training and company meetings. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, experience in the food or beverage service industry, punctual and stable attendance, availability for morning, evening and holiday shifts, good planning and organisational skills, leadership and customer service skills, familiarity with food hygiene, health and safety procedures, and a willingness to learn. The role is based at one site in Central London, East London or Outer London. The package includes an annual salary of £28,000 to £33,000 for 40 hours per week, paid annual leave, overtime pay, a 30% employee discount and potential work visa renewal for outstanding employees, subject to job evaluation results and government regulations.
