SMSFcentral is looking for a relationships-first SMSF Client Services Manager to support financial adviser partners and trustee clients. The role involves coordinating self-managed super fund administration between clients and the SMSF accounting team, answering client questions, onboarding new advisers and trustees, supporting fund book transitions, keeping clients informed and identifying ways to improve the client experience. Applicants should have experience in client services, relationship management or account management, ideally in SMSF, accounting, superannuation or financial services, along with an understanding of SMSF or the drive to learn quickly, clear and confident communication, strong organisation, attention to detail and a calm, professional manner. The role offers a considered client load and an in-house team, allowing time to understand each fund and client properly.
