Join our industry leading commercial Property Management team in London. Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of shopping centres, delivering high-quality asset and property management services on behalf of our clients. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Responsibilities include tenant liaison, service charge management, budgeting, contractor oversight, lease compliance, and working with asset managers to maximise the performance and value of each scheme. You will manage complex landlord and tenant matters while maintaining exceptional client service. Experience in commercial property management is required, ideally with shopping centres or retail-led mixed-use assets. The role also requires strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, service charge administration, and health and safety compliance, alongside excellent communication, relationship management, organisational and commercial skills.
