Coinme is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions for its Data and Analytics team. Responsibilities include building and optimizing data pipelines, developing unit-tested data assets, improving data products, managing data quality, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers, deploying business dashboards and machine learning models, conducting code reviews, documenting data processes, monitoring pipeline performance and security, and driving Agile team processes. Applicants should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, 5+ years of experience with ETL, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar technologies, strong data modeling and database design skills, experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses, Python or R proficiency, and experience with machine learning and natural language interfaces for business data. Experience with AWS, fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain is beneficial. This is a fully remote role for candidates residing in Canada, the US, or LATAM who can work within PST, CST, MST, or EST time zones.
