Join the Café Mars kitchen as a kind, curious, and organized professional. The role involves preparing and serving Italian food, folding tortellini, exploring new flavor combinations and techniques, learning all facets of the restaurant experience, and sharing some front-of-house responsibilities with the kitchen. No experience is necessary for the shared responsibilities, but an open mind and willingness to learn are required. Cooks work directly with the chef during prep and service for 5 days a week of dinner service.
