Wiggin is recruiting future trainees for its September 2028 training contract intake. The firm specialises in media, technology and IP. Trainees usually complete a commercial seat with the content distribution, sports or film and TV teams, alongside seats in intellectual property and corporate. Client secondments may be available. Wiggin is looking for candidates who are open, keen to learn, driven and passionate about the sectors it works in. Applicants need a 2:1 or above in their chosen degree subject, and non-law graduates are welcome. Candidates must complete and pass applicable postgraduate qualifications, including a law degree or PGDL, SQE or LPC, before starting the training contract. The role includes a first year trainee salary of £48,000, a second year trainee salary of £52,000 and a newly qualified salary of £87,000, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, group personal pension, permanent health insurance, life cover, holiday buy scheme and cycle scheme.
