The Property Manager helps ensure long-term occupancy in company properties by providing a high level of customer service to tenants, maintaining assigned properties, managing operating costs and capital expenditures, and monitoring the financial health of properties within the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, overseeing work orders, negotiating contractor contracts, developing and managing budgets, reviewing financial reports, managing accounts receivable, supporting special projects, and supervising property management personnel. The role requires 4+ years of property or building management experience, budget and reporting skills, experience with capital and tenant improvement projects, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Yardi experience is strongly preferred, and a BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management is preferred. The position is full time and in office in Austin, Texas, with travel to property and construction sites up to 50% to 70% of the time.
