Join the growing Driver Support team, providing first-line support across phone calls, emails, social media, charger platform notifications and other channels. Responsibilities include managing tickets within agreed SLAs, assisting and triaging B2B customers and EV drivers, troubleshooting common issues, escalating complex problems, monitoring customer networks, documenting solutions and contributing feedback to the Customer Experience platform. Customer support experience is preferable but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, basic understanding of EV charging systems or willingness to learn, comfort with software platforms, adaptability and resilience are required. The service operates between 06:00 and 22:00, with variable shifts and rota schedules. Minimum contracted hours are 35 per month. This is an office-based role at the Central Lancaster office, with some hybrid working available depending on shifts. The role offers £14.50 per hour, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, a workplace pension, a start-up environment, access to Health Assured Employee Services and company events.
