Includes disinfecting and deodorizing units, cleaning or replacing filters, deep cleaning evaporator and condenser coils, cleaning drain passages and fins, washing indoor and condenser coils, cleaning the cabinet and blower wheel, inspecting electrical connections and wall sleeve drainage, and checking cooling and heating operation. The service uses pressurized water and a mini-split bib cleaning kit. Units are recommended to be cleaned at least once a year, or twice a year for coastal buildings or locations affected by construction debris.
