Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, make architectural decisions, and drive the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript. Oversee front-end project planning and delivery, collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers, implement Agile methodologies, establish coding standards, and advocate for continuous improvement. Requirements include at least 4 years of frontend development experience, strong proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript, team leadership experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries, modern JavaScript tooling such as Webpack and Babel, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication skills in English.
