StoneTurn seeks highly qualified students from top colleges and universities who are collaborative, inquisitive, detail-oriented, effective problem solvers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Co-op participants support client engagements across multiple industries, work hands-on with teams, expand classroom knowledge, develop new skills, access professionals at all levels for mentorship and professional growth, and typically read and interpret financial statements and business records, collaborate on strategies and execution plans, research regulatory and accounting guidance and other documents, conduct analyses for expert reports, communicate findings, evaluate controls and compliance environments, analyze complex data, and develop and maintain client relationships. Co-op positions are typically recruited three to four months before the start of a co-op cycle and are posted on Handshake.
