Join the pizza team at Baci's busy restaurant serving modern Italian and casual cuisine in Southbank and the CBD. Full-time and casual positions are available, reporting directly to the Head Chef. Requirements include consistent quality and presentation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the ability to work under pressure and within a team, and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pizza Maker. The full-time role involves five shifts over a seven-day roster. The casual role involves two to three shifts per week. Shifts may include lunch and or dinner service, weekends and public holidays. A passion for food and customer focus are required.
