Draft revocable trusts and related documents, handle probate cases under supervision, manage client relationships, assist with business development, monitor changes to statutes and laws, draft pleadings and notices, conduct legal research, and attend probate court hearings. This is a full-time role that may be remote or based in the San Diego office. Some estate planning and probate experience is preferred, though newly admitted attorneys will be considered. Requires a bachelor's degree, a law degree from an accredited law school, California State Bar admission, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple files.
