A 90 minute in-person curated Spiritual Yoga session includes a blessing, grounding and breath technique, a themed mantra or affirmation, somatic flow movements, Kundalini Yoga, resting pose with body manipulation or spinal traction, blessed crystals, prayer and energy work, sacred oil anointing, a mini neck massage, guided meditation, a crystal singing bowl sound bath, compressions on the neck, face, shoulders and legs, and a closing breath technique. The session is $240 plus a separate travel or deposit fee, or an in-person holding fee, which varies by location. These fees are paid before the session. A waiver is required before scheduling. The deposit or travel fee is non-refundable, and in-person appointments have a non-refundable $25 holding fee that goes toward the service payment. Only one reschedule is allowed.
