Responsibilities include leading project planning and execution, scheduling and resource coordination, procurement and subcontractor relationships, change orders, technical reviews, project engineering, financial management, documentation, and client and stakeholder communication. Requires 5+ years of high-end residential building experience, a bachelor's degree, proficiency in architectural drawings, strong analytical, organizational, managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills, and high attention to detail.
