BPLS is seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy Property team. The role involves managing a full caseload of residential matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers and re-mortgages. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals, conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, preparing reports, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, maintaining accurate file records, and providing excellent client care. Previous experience is stated through the requirement for an experienced candidate. The role is based in Preston, with salary dependent on experience.
