Coinme is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions for its growing Data and Analytics team. Responsibilities include building and optimizing data pipelines, developing data assets and products, managing data quality, deploying dashboards and machine learning models, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior team members, maintaining process documentation, monitoring data systems, and supporting Agile collaboration. Requirements include a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, 5+ years of experience with ETL, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar technologies, strong data modeling and database design skills, experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses, proficiency in Python or R, experience with machine learning and natural language interfaces for business data, and the ability to work independently with business teams and stakeholders. Experience with AWS, fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain is a plus. The position is fully remote, offers a salary range of USD $120,000 to $160,000, and is available to candidates residing in Canada, the United States, or LATAM who can work within PST, CST, MST, or EST time zones. Periodic travel may be required.
