The Divisional Head of Growth is responsible for creating scalable sales strategies and systems to optimise the growth of Aureus centres. The role includes cross-departmental coordination, performance enhancement, onboarding and retraining, mentorship, customer relationship management, sales and growth activities, centre experience and facilities oversight, staff scheduling, workplace culture, communication, reporting, and adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System. Applicants should have at least 5 years of management and retail industry experience, a proven record of sales leadership and achieving targets, strong verbal and written communication skills, a strategic and customer-centric approach, and a commitment to compliance and ethical business practices. Weekend availability is required.
