Saber Law Group is seeking a litigation attorney with at least three years of litigation and trial experience for a diversified practice including employment, fair housing, and complex business and personal injury litigation. The role offers opportunities to work with experienced litigation and trial attorneys while managing personal clients and cases in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The practice includes employment and complex business litigation involving founder and shareholder disputes, corporate dissolutions, corporate and securities fraud, discrimination and harassment, whistleblower retaliation and wrongful termination, Labor Code violations, trade secret misappropriation, defamation, invasion of privacy, breach of contract, business torts, unfair competition, consumer claims, intellectual property, professional negligence, and complex personal injury cases involving wrongful death. Applicants must be licensed to practice in California and have at least three years of litigation experience. Compensation includes an annual base salary of $190,000 to $250,000, possible productivity, merit-based, and business development bonuses, competitive benefits, and a collaborative hybrid work environment.
