Instruct students in the school clinic and outreach locations while supervising patient appointments. VCMT trains instructors to communicate effectively, give appropriate feedback and create a safe learning environment. Candidates must be currently licensed RMTs in good standing with CCHPBC, have a minimum of 2,500 hours of clinical practice as an RMT, demonstrate entry level RMT massage techniques and assessment skills, and want to help students succeed.
