A two-year graduate development scheme providing structured support, guidance, professional experience, development and training across the built environment. Applicants may be university graduates or people part way through an RICS-accredited apprenticeship. Stace ideally seeks graduates with an RICS-accredited degree, but also considers degrees outside property and construction. Candidates should be self-motivated, ambitious, willing to take initiative, team-oriented, aligned with Stace's values, passionate about their chosen discipline, attentive to detail and commercially aware. Graduates work alongside senior professionals on projects and receive a supervisor and counsellor to support progress towards professional qualifications. The scheme includes a competitive salary, biannual performance reviews, an annual bonus, work-life balance, benefits and insurance.
