A manual therapy technique using stainless steel instruments to mobilize connective tissues, muscles, neurological tissues, and skin. Treats soft tissue injuries and conditions including repetitive stress injuries, strains, sprains, subluxations, quadricep pain, rotator cuff pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and headaches. Treatment includes a warm-up, instrument-assisted treatment of adhesions and scar tissue, adjusted pressure and rubbing, stretching afterward, and cold packs if soreness occurs. Typically provided two to three times per week for four to eight weeks.
