Join London Translations' Business Development Team as a Proposal Manager. The role involves sourcing tenders, managing and creating personalised winning proposals, developing tender content, generating new tender opportunities through proactive contact with decision makers, producing compliant and compelling proposals, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, refining proposals through multiple drafts, proofreading final bid responses, and researching prospects, clients and industry sectors. Applicants should be able to manage several bids simultaneously, prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, communicate effectively, maintain strong organisation and attention to detail, work calmly in a fast-paced sales environment, understand the sales process and bid team's role, manage stakeholder relationships and projects with multiple contributors, and have MS Office skills including advanced Word and PowerPoint and intermediate Excel. Fluency in another European language, experience in a similar role at a language services provider, and being local with a full clean driving licence are desirable but not essential.
