Space NK at The Glades is looking for an experienced Keyholder to support the management team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing a high-performing store team. Responsibilities include delivering a customer-first experience, supporting product training, driving sales and acquisition targets, maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring sales and conversion targets, communicating with business partners, analysing store performance reports, creating an inclusive environment, providing performance feedback, leading and motivating the team, and maintaining the store in line with company policies. Previous Keyholder experience is essential.
