Emergency care for children from birth until they turn 16 years old. The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Care may include assessment, tests such as blood tests or x-rays, monitoring, treatment for pain, fluids, urine sample collection and review by specialist doctors and nurses when needed.
