OutThink is hiring a US-based Community Manager to own field presence across North America. The role involves planning and running hosted dinners, roundtables and CISO summits, managing conference and sponsorship activity, building CISO and Security Awareness leader communities, and running customer advocacy programmes including references, case studies, speaking opportunities, award nominations and champion programmes. You will work with Sales, Customer Success and Leadership, travel extensively across the US, and support campaign execution, internal initiatives and company-wide events. The company is looking for someone with experience running enterprise events and community programmes, fluency with security buyers, comfort using AI tools, structured creativity, cross-functional skills, and a high-ownership approach in a fast-moving environment.
