Epsilon's paid 11-week summer internship program is for current students completing their degree, including students entering their final year of studies. Interns are immersed in their teams, receive professional development, company knowledge, job-specific and technical training, work on real-world projects and assignments, build their network through social and speed networking events, meet senior leaders, receive mentorship and set goals with feedback. The program is hybrid, with in-person and remote components, and requires interns to be in the office at least two days a week, although this may vary by team.
