We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Manager in Amsterdam to optimise the complete customer journey within our clinics. You will lead the Customer Support Team, ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints, analyse and improve the customer journey, translate customer feedback and data into service and process improvements, collaborate with marketing, operations and clinic managers, and implement customer experience initiatives such as loyalty programmes or NPS projects. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in a comparable customer experience or service-focused role, strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English, a structured approach, process optimisation skills, technical proficiency, and an affinity with beauty, lifestyle or healthcare.
