Work in a team of enthusiastic wine lovers, working a section in the bar or restaurant to provide high standards of table service while selling from a constantly changing wine list. Off the floor, you will assist with the organisation and administration of the wine programme. Candidates should have a deep understanding of the producers featured in Noble Rot magazine and on its lists, ideally with a few years' experience at a high-profile restaurant as a waiter or sommelier, and a desire to keep learning and provide great hospitality.
